For over 80 years, Widmer’s Cheese Cellars has been embracing manufacturing techniques handed down through three generations of cheese makers. Try our hand-crafted original Brick and Colby cheeses, or even our Cheddar in ranges of mild to extra sharp. Escape to an operational Wisconsin cheese factory in operation, and choose from over 70 varieties of cheese and sausage. Watch the cheese being made as you shop our retail store. Tours by appointment only. Hours: Mon–Fri 6:30am–5pm, Sat 7am–5pm. June thru Oct: Sun 10am–4pm.
